The Welcome App completes the in-destination experience of the traveler taking over where the Welcome Pickup stops. Through the Welcome App the traveler can find the Welcome driver who is assigned to pick him up, get answers instantly by trained locals to all his in-destination questions that arise during his trip, and have access to tailored products that improve his overall travel experience. Most importantly, the Welcome App is offered for free to the traveler giving an otherwise immense value for his in-destination navigation.

The Welcome App includes: Easy Driver Find - Driver details, including a headshot image and his cellphone number, that help and safeguard the meeting at the exit gate.
Instant Q&A - An intuitive chat interface through which the traveler can chat with a local of his choosing receiving instant responses to his questions. To ensure fast replies, the Welcome Team monitors the discussions and jumps in if the traveler does not receive a response
under a specific time window. In-destination Products - Tailored products that enhance the traveler’s in-destination experience. At the moment these are a set of carefully crafted, richly authentic experiences including a Food Tour, Wine Tasting, Street Art Walk, Acropolis Tour and a Barber History experience.

The locals who provide the tours are selected and vetted, the walks are
tested, there is set availability for each experience and there is specially created content to see a quick overview of each one of them.
